We are proud to announce the availability of Quick Quake for iPad in the App Store from today. It’s a free app that can be used by seismologists to access event notifications generated by their Quick Quake-enabled eqServer data archives, but it can also be used by anyone who wants to play with the included demo data. Pick a P and S wave arrival from any one of the seismograms to set the distance to the earthquake, then move the earthquake around the distance dial to line up all of the other station waveforms. Locating earthquakes has never been so easy!
