A swarm of earthquakes have been recorded near Rye on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.  The largest of which was a magnitude ML 2.5 approximately 5 kilometres southeast of Rye, approximately 65 kilometres south of Melbourne, Victoria.  This earthquake was felt in the surrounding area.  A foreshock of magnitude ML 2.3 at 1300 UTC (Sunday, April 14th, 11:00pm AEST) was also felt.
